Is Pico Toning for pigmentation effective?

My younger sister goes around without even wearing sunscreen, so her face is a total mess... haha.

 

So, I am planning to get laser treatment for pigmentation during the vacation.

 

While looking for lasers for pigmentation, I found Pico Toning.

 

I've heard of Pico Toning before, but I've never actually tried it myself.

 

Has anyone here received Pico Toning for pigmentation?

 

My younger sibling is trying to get rid of various pigmented spots, such as freckles and age spots!

 

Of course, I'm thinking of doing just the face first!
