Hello. I have been taking Rejuran Healer quite regularly.
My skin is thin and prone to dryness, so I use Rejuran about once every three months to prevent aging, improve skin texture, and reduce dryness.
What I felt while trying Skin Booster and Rejuran at various hospitals was that even if you use genuine products, the results and experience are not always the same.
Usually, Rejuran is administered as a hand injection.
Rather than saying that the injection itself is bad, I was constantly concerned about the fact that if it doesn't go into the dermis layer correctly, the drug may not be absorbed and loss may occur.
There are many cases where 2cc is used for the butterfly zone and 4cc for the full face, but I felt like it was a waste because I thought that I was losing a little bit of money every time I injected.
So, I decided to visit Hongdae Dermatology Clinic because they said it was famous for having 0% drug loss.
The location was between exits 8 and 9 of Hongik University Station, and it was about a 1-minute walk, so it wasn't difficult to find.
Since it's right by the entrance of the Kakao Friends building, I don't think even first-time visitors will get lost.
The interior of the hospital had a warm-toned feel and an overall cozy atmosphere.
The staff were also very responsive.
After checking in, I washed my face in the powder room, and there were two Dyson products, so I ended up…
I remember seeing this type of equipment often in high-end dermatology clinics.
I had a consultation before the procedure, and they explained it to me based on my skin measurement results.
It wasn't just about measuring and ending, but it was a method that specifically pointed out which areas would be better to focus on.
In my case, the area next to my nose, the philtrum, and under my chin tend to be very red due to dryness, so I decided to focus on applying 4cc to my entire cheeks, the sides of my nose, the philtrum, and the chin, excluding my forehead, rather than my full face including my forehead.
I had already heard a lot that Rejuran was a painful procedure, and I also had a hard time because of the pain when I received it at another hospital in the past.
I don't prefer general anesthesia, but after sleeping for about 20 minutes, I feel drowsy all day and it interferes with my work.
Here, high-concentration lidocaine anesthetic cream was used first, and then nerve anesthesia was applied at the same time.
I felt like the preparation was more thorough than when I only used cream anesthesia.
And I was told that they use a special needle, which is about 2mm long and designed to target only the dermis layer.
They said it was thinner than regular needles.
I was told that the injection was done with a PRESS device, not a hand syringe, and that it was done at constant pressure and volume.
It felt like it was injected briefly and consistently, and to me it felt like it ended at a tingling sensation.
It wasn't completely painless, but it was more bearable than what I'd experienced before.
Before the procedure, the nurse opened the genuine Rejuran in front of me and showed me, and then the director disinfected it and administered neuroanaesthesia.
After about 3 minutes, we started the procedure.
Normally, I can't take pictures during the procedure if I'm in pain, but this time I was able to take pictures during the procedure.
It wasn't completely pain-free, but it was bearable.
In particular, I told him that the areas of concern were the sides of my nose, philtrum, corners of my mouth, and under my mouth, so he performed the procedure twice more thoroughly.
The entire procedure took about 20 minutes.
When I looked in the mirror right after, I felt like my whole face had become plump because the drug had been injected into the dermis, and I wondered if that was why it looked like this.
Afterwards, I received LDM regeneration mode post-treatment at the skin care center, and I felt a little uncomfortable as my skin temperature rose momentarily.
So, they applied a lot of soothing gel.
LDM said that the slower you go, the better, and in fact, they managed it very slowly.
There was a red mark right after, but it seemed to subside faster than I thought after LDM.
When I came out after changing clothes, my skin felt a bit shiny.
I took another picture at home about 3 hours after the procedure, and the red marks had almost disappeared, but if you look closely, you can see a little bit of the embossing.
I applied the azulene ampoule and cream that the hospital gave me and went to bed.
As of the next evening, most of the red marks had subsided and the embossing was almost completely gone.
In the past, when I got it done somewhere else, the downtime was so long that I felt embarrassed when I had to put on makeup and go out for an appointment, but this time, it felt relatively short.
I felt like I had a slight bruise, so I dabbed on the bruise cream that you gave me and went to sleep.
About three days after the procedure, I felt the bruising gradually diminishing and my skin seemed to have a glow.
If you look closely, your skin texture looks more refined than before. I especially felt less dryness around my nose.
As of the 7th day, I've heard several people around me say my skin looks good.
Rather than saying I lost weight, the reaction was that my skin condition looked better. Feeling like your skin is burning from within?
There was a feeling of a glow and the texture seemed to have become a little smoother.
I used to get Rejuran regularly, but the pain was always a burden. This time, although the pain wasn't completely gone, I felt like I could continue getting it.
