Hongdae Dermatology Clinic Rejuran Healer Review: Reduced Pain, Glowing Skin, and Almost No Drug Loss: Why I Tried It Again

Rejuran was one of those treatments I'd always hesitated to try again because the pain always came before the benefits. I, too, had tried it once before, but the pain was so severe I thought, "I can never do this again." However, after a recent major skin reversal, my recovery was slow, and I became concerned about both redness and skin texture. This time, I began considering Rejuran. Rather than blindly resorting to the same procedure as before, I searched for a clinic with improved pain management and injection techniques, and ended up at a dermatology clinic near Hongik University Station. The biggest reason I was considering Rejuran again was my skin's slow recovery. Even after a breakout had subsided, my skin's texture struggled to recover, and it still looked dull. Simple hydration alone felt inadequate, and I felt I needed a treatment that would regenerate my skin. However, because my previous Rejuran experience was so painful, this time, I prioritized pain management and the treatment itself. During the consultation, I first underwent a 3D skin diagnosis, which displayed my skin condition in numerical and visual form. Based on the results, I was able to receive guidance on how to manage each area. This was highly reliable because I could see the results, rather than just vague explanations. The treatment I received was as follows: 3D skin diagnosis, 4-step pain management, Rejuran Healer treatment (microneedle-based system), and post-treatment soothing care. Before the procedure, I was given a generous application of anesthetic cream and was given a long waiting period, which felt more important than I expected. I was told they used a premium line that provided better pain relief than the usual anesthetic creams, and it felt remarkably different. The biggest difference from previous hand injections: My previous Rejuran injections were hand injections. I was constantly concerned about the sensation of the drug splashing or dripping as it was injected, and the depth and amount of injection varied depending on the area. This time, they used a system that ensured consistent injections and a specialized press machine. There was virtually no leakage during the procedure, and the injection process felt much more stable. The fact that the therapist constantly checked the exact injection amount helped ease my anxiety. While it's hard to say I was completely pain-free, compared to before, I felt like I could get this treatment regularly. There was virtually no pain around the mouth, and while there was a tingling sensation, it was tolerable. Changes over time, starting immediately after the procedure: Immediately after the procedure: There were embossed marks on my skin, but the swelling wasn't as severe as I'd expected. Perhaps because I received immediate soothing care, the heat also subsided quickly. The next day: There was minimal bruising or swelling, and makeup covered it well. Internal bleeding was minimal, and I was able to go to work without a mask. Day 3: My skin began to feel more refined, and I felt less tight after washing. Day 7: This was when I felt the most noticeable difference. Redness was noticeably reduced, and my skin became smoother, allowing makeup to go on much better. The most satisfying part was the overall appearance of a dewy, refined complexion. If you're considering Rejuran but are hesitant due to past pain, it's important to check whether they use sufficient anesthetic cream and whether the injection method has been improved. Three key takeaways from this experience: Pain perception varies significantly depending on the treatment method; less medication loss leads to higher satisfaction; and the effects are typically felt within about a week. Even those with sensitive skin or those who haven't had a good experience with Rejuran in the past feel it's a procedure worth trying again if the conditions are right. After this experience, I'm considering Rejuran again as a regular skin care option.
