Is it possible to treat age spots on the back of the hand?

Because I resemble my mother's constitution, I have a tendency to develop age spots and freckles on my arms and the back of my hands, similar to an American person's skin.

Since I drive, I have more age spots and freckles on my left arm and the back of my hand where the sunlight is weaker, but I'm not even a grandmother, and my age spots have already become severe. My wife went yesterday and lowered her hand, which makes me feel embarrassed and ashamed.

Has anyone here experienced laser treatment for age spots on the back of their hand? Please share your experience in the comments.
