Real Reviews of Sagging Cheeks After Fat Grafting and Thread Lifting
I had fat grafting 20 years ago because I had no cheek fat, but as time went on, sagging inevitably occurred. That's why I recently started looking into thread lifting.
After carefully researching reviews on Naver Cafe and YouTube about the side effects, cost, bruising, and swelling of threadlifting, I decided to visit a dermatology clinic in Apgujeong. I made an appointment and went there.
---
The first time I visited, I had a hard time seeing the entrance after parking, so I ended up going towards Starbucks and then back again. Just enter in the direction of the arrow and take the elevator up.
When you get off at the third floor, there is a space where you can sit down and rest for a while, and it is a good atmosphere for making phone calls.
These days, seeing more men visiting dermatologists makes me realize how much times have changed.

The interior was spacious and comfortable. I arrived a little early for my reservation, and they even provided me with a light snack and a drink. I felt they were very attentive.
Dermatologists always have great cosmetics on display, but today I decided to focus on the thread lifting procedure. I've been putting it off until next time, keeping it to myself.

The director here is known for giving lectures at various seminars, so I felt confident in him. Speaking means he's skilled, right? (This is my personal opinion.)
After a quick photo shoot, I removed my makeup for the consultation. The detailed explanations made it easy to prepare.
First, I discussed the cost and procedure in detail with the counselor in the consultation room, then had a final consultation with the director. Looking at myself on the monitor, I was surprised by how real my face looked after such a long time. Haha.
As a result, I decided to get fat dissolving injections first and then get a thread lifting two weeks later.

I had fat dissolving injections twice, one week apart, and finally had a thread lifting two weeks later.
The pain was greatly reduced through the anesthesia process, and I only felt a slight pulling sensation as the threads were inserted. It was more bearable than I expected.
I was momentarily shocked when I looked in the mirror right after the procedure, but I was reassured when they told me the swelling would subside and my skin would look more natural. I had to pick up my kids from my in-laws right after the procedure, but thankfully, they provided masks so I could cover them up properly.

And it's currently my second week since the threadlift! There's still some bruising, but compared to before, my cheeks definitely look more plump and natural. The doctor said it'll take about a month for the skin to settle in, so I'm going to wait a little longer.
I think it felt even more pulled because my cheeks were already sagging from previous fat grafting, but they're gradually recovering. I still need to lightly cover up the bruising with concealer, but I plan to write another review in a month.
I hope you become natural and pretty~!
