You should go with some time interval instead of going immediately.

샤르데냐처음엔 일주일에 한번씩 주기를 짧게 집중적으로 토닝레이저관리를 받고 10번정도 받고 나면 그다음부터는 2~3주에 한번 정도로 본인에 맞춰 받으면 좋아요.
