(Concern) Can dental implants be maintained for more than 10 years after the procedure?

I received a single molar implant procedure three years ago.
Many people say that the lifespan of an implant is 10 years.
If the usage cycle is 10 years, then there are only 7 years left now.
If I use it for 10 years, do I need to undergo a new procedure even if there are no issues, or if I manage it well, can I go 10, 20 years or more without needing a new procedure?
Implants are expensive to perform, and during the procedure, I have to visit the hospital multiple times and it can be painful, so I'm 고민되네요.
