Hana Kyung, pregnant after meeting a married man at an entertainment establishment... Lost the affair woman's lawsuit, "I'm unfairly accused"

On the 22nd, the Civil Division 4-1 of the Busan District Court held a ruling date for Hana Kyung's damages lawsuit against her husband's mistress. Hana Kyung's claim to pay 15 million won was upheld in both the first and second trials. Both parties appealed after the first trial, but all appeals were dismissed.

According to the released materials, Hanakyung first met Mr. B, the husband of plaintiff A, at a nightlife establishment in Busan in December 2021. From January 2022, Hanakyung dated Mr. B, and after a trip to Vietnam in April, she became pregnant with Mr. B's child.

Hana Kyung proposed to Mr. B to divorce his wife and immigrate to Vietnam with her. However, Mr. B's wife, Ms. A, refused the divorce, and Mr. B did not strongly demand the divorce either. In response, Hana Kyung directly contacted Ms. A to reveal Mr. B's affair and extramarital pregnancy.

However, Han Gyeong claimed during the lawsuit, "I did not know at the beginning of the relationship that Mr. B was a married man. After finding out later, I informed him of the pregnancy and contacted Mr. A to recover the money I lent. I did not commit any misconduct."

Hana Kyung, who was pregnant, reportedly underwent an abortion surgery after her relationship with Mr. B did not continue.

Hana Kyung submitted a petition to the court stating, "Even if I have to raise the baby alone, I told Mr. A everything to cut ties with Mr. B. However, Mr. A has turned me, the victim, into the perpetrator, and is causing me immense mental and physical suffering through pregnancy and abortion, while demanding financial compensation."

On July 1, 2023, the first-instance court judge ruled that Hana Kyung must pay 15 million won to Mr. A. Dissatisfied, Hana Kyung and Mr. A appealed, and after 1 year and 6 months, in January 2025, the appellate court was held, but the court dismissed the case.

Hana Kyung expressed her frustration, saying, "I'm very upset and disappointed with the court. I don't understand why I have to handle this alone."

Hana Kyung has appeared in the drama "Mystery Documentary Star Detective," the movies "A House with a Good View," "Resing," "Touch by Touch," and "It's All the Same at First."

Hana Kyung was sentenced to 8 months in prison and a 2-year probation after being accused by a victim of assault during a date in 2019.
