A clock that tells you the date of death has been released, claiming "You will die at 90"...๐Ÿ˜จ

Oh.. it's a bit creepy and scary, isn't it?

They say they provide a service that predicts individual death dates using AI technology.

After entering basic information such as age, gender, and race, then inputting family history, mental health, and chronic diseases,

It seems like you are making a rough prediction that fits there..

But it's a paid service, haha.

It not only predicts the expected date of death but also informs you of habits to improve or maintain in order to extend your lifespan.

I think it's really good..

It's just a prediction, so don't trust it too much..

I think we should always strive for good health~

A mobile application that predicts the user's date of death based on artificial intelligence (AI) has been released and is attracting attention.

According to the IT-focused media TechCrunch on the 1st (local time), this app called 'DeathClock' uses AI technology to provide a service that predicts individual death dates.

App developer Brett Franson explained, "Death Clock is based on AI trained on over 1,200 lifespan research data points, providing results that are much more precise than existing standard life tables."

TechCrunch reported that after directly using the app, a prediction was made that the user would die at the age of 90 on February 28, 2074. Users must input basic information such as age, gender, and race, then complete detailed surveys on family history, mental health, and chronic diseases to receive the results.

Additionally, the app informed that maintaining better lifestyle habits can extend lifespan up to 103 years.

Death Clock is available for an annual subscription fee of $40 (approximately 56,000 won), and it not only predicts the estimated date of death but also suggests habits to improve or maintain in order to extend lifespan. Additionally, it offers a feature that allows users to check the remaining time until their estimated death in real-time.

This app is considered to be particularly useful for the elderly and retirees. It can help with financial planning based on estimated date of death or preparing for life after retirement.

However, since it deals with the sensitive topic of life prediction, there is a possibility of ethical controversy, and in-depth discussions about the app's usage and impact will likely be necessary.
