오 멋진데요~ 임신하면 먹고싶은거 먹어줘야하는데 ㅎㅎ 남편분들도 환영할듯요! 대신가서 몇시간 줄서기 너무 힘드셨을텐데 말이죠 ㅋ
"I stood in line for 3 hours, but that person has a free pass"… What is the secret behind the special treatment at Seongsimdang?
This is something I have to do~
Pregnant women should definitely get the pre-pass~
That bakery in Daejeon where you have to line up to eat.. Seongsimdang..
The wait was so long that I couldn't even think about it.
It seems that Seongsimdang only operates stores in Daejeon.
It seems that your management philosophy is truly solid.
Now it feels like a corporation, Seongsimdang..
It seems you also take good care of welfare and benefits.
If you are pregnant, please be sure to bring proof documents and purchase bread immediately~

Seongsimdang, a leading bakery in Daejeon Metropolitan City, is offering not only discounts for pregnant women but also a 'Free Pass' service that allows entry without waiting.
Sungsimdang offers a 5% discount on the total payment under the name "Pre-Mom Discount" for pregnant women. If you carry a pregnant badge or a maternity record book, you can enjoy this benefit at all Sungsimdang locations.
Moreover, you don't have to wait in the long lines at Seongsimdang. Pregnant women can shop directly in the store without having to stand in line.
Sungsimdang is taking the lead in overcoming the low birthrate in the region. Recently, it was also announced that they are preparing to operate a workplace daycare center with the goal of opening in November.
A new building with a basement level and four above-ground floors is being constructed near the main branch in Daejeon Jung-gu Daheung-dong. Scheduled to be completed in the second half of this year, the 2nd and 3rd floors of this building will be used as a daycare center for children of Seongshimdang employees, as well as staff rest areas.
Looking at the job posting for Daejeon Metropolitan City Childcare Support Center, Seungsimdang hired childcare staff such as nursery teachers, assistant teachers, extended care teachers, and cooks in August. The expected start date is from November.
Under the current Infant and Young Child Protection Act, workplaces with 300 or more female employees or 500 or more employees are required by the employer to establish a workplace childcare center.
Sungsimdang calculated the number of regular employees at each branch during the Ministry of Employment and Labor's survey last year, and although it was classified as a business with fewer than 300 employees and therefore not required to establish a workplace childcare center, it will open a workplace childcare center to improve employee welfare and address the low birthrate in the region, given the high proportion of female employees.
Sungsimdang started as a steamed bun shop in front of Daejeon Station in 1956 and has been operating stores only in Daejeon for 68 years. With the management philosophy of "not opening branches outside Daejeon," it has stores only at four locations: the main branch in Eunhaeng-dong, Daejeon Station, Lotte Department Store Daejeon Branch, and Daejeon Convention Center.
