A man who wrote promotional phrases for a store on the crosswalk made people frown.

On the 10th, JTBC's 'Incident Manager' released a video recently taken in the food alley of Suyu-dong, Seoul.

Reporter A, who filmed the video, stated that he witnessed the scene while eating and that the man, presumed to be holding a chalk-like object, scribbled on the crosswalk and then immediately entered the nearby electronic cigarette shop.

The phrase written by a man presumed to be a store employee was "Electronic cigarettes are OO," which was a promotional message for the store.

Regarding this, lawyer Yang Ji-yul said, "If the graffiti is naturally erased due to rain or other factors, I wouldn't know, but otherwise, it is considered graffiti on public property and a fine could be imposed."

Netizens who saw this commented, "If they didn't mosaic, they'd be embarrassed and wouldn't do such things again," and "Family education is really important," expressing their disapproval.
