3. Last December, A and B, who were walking their dogs in the park, encountered each other. When A's dog, which was roaming without a leash, almost fought with B's dog, B asked, "Please put a leash on it."

2. However, A ignored B's words, and in response, B started recording the situation with a mobile phone. A tried to stop B from filming, saying, "Don't film," but B warned, "Don't stop me. Trying to stop me is assault." Enraged, A grabbed B by the collar and pushed him.

3. Subsequently, A, who was brought to trial, acknowledged his actions but argued that they did not constitute assault. However, the court ruled guilty, stating that "assault refers to the application of physical force that causes bodily pain," and sentenced A to a fine of 3 million won.
