The Seoul Jungnang Police Department announced on the 21st that they are investigating a man in his 20s, Mr. A, who was arrested on charges of assaulting a neighbor in the same apartment complex to death.

Person A was arrested on the 20th at around 7:50 PM on charges of assaulting a 70-year-old male resident of an apartment complex in Jungnang-gu.

The victim was taken to a nearby hospital but eventually died.
