Model Han Hye-jin shared her diet secret.

A video titled "Rapid Weight Loss Must-Watch. Han Hye-jin Reveals Her One-Week Weight Loss Hell Routine | Diet, Meal Plan, Dieter, Workout Routine" was uploaded to YouTube on the 9th.

Han Hye-jin said, "A new advertisement came in a week later. Suddenly, I ended up doing 'radical dieting.'" She added, "For the first time in a while, I am overwhelmed with the fear of 'failing my diet.'"

He also said, "Rapid weight loss is not recommended because it's not good," but added, "However, I believe there will be moments when we all need to lose weight quickly, like for blind dates or wedding photos."

Han Hye-jin runs to work at the gym, and at the gym, she maintains her figure with intense workouts throughout.

He said, "The only things that give maximum joy with minimal amount are Pringles and French pies," while eating snacks for his first meal.

When the production team said, "It seems like the French pie crossed the line today," Han Hye-jin replied, "Eat this three times a day," which made everyone laugh.

Han Hye-jin previously revealed on her YouTube channel that she weighed 52kg when she was an active model, and over 25 years, she has gained 1kg.
