20s Korean woman in the United States... shot and killed by police

 

1. The family members called 911 to request an ambulance to transport Mr. Lee, whose bipolar disorder symptoms had worsened, to the hospital.

 

2. The family was informed in advance that Mr. Lee refused hospital transfer and was holding a small pocket knife in his hand.

 

Mr. Lee, who was holding a water bottle out of fear from the sound of breaking the door, was shot and killed by the police immediately upon entering after seeing Mr. Lee.

 

I had a pocket knife with me when I made the call.

It is said that when the police arrived, he had put down the knife and was holding a water bottle.

 

You must remember that American police are different from Korean police.

 

When a Black person is shot, Black people even cause riots.

 

We can't even make a sound.

 

The police officer who shot and killed was Black.
