Child's hand caught in the store door... "You should have helped" Compensation claim

 

1. When the boy tried to leave the store, a man presumed to be his father held the store door. As soon as the boy came out, the man immediately let go of the door handle.

 

2. Subsequently, a woman pushed the door handle and exited before it closed.

 

3. The boy's hand gets caught while trying to enter the store as the door is closing.

 

4. The parents of the boy requested compensation from the woman who appeared last.

 

Why are they asking women to compensate for what happened like that?

Women are not at fault.

If the parents had been present together, it would be their own negligence.

This is why no-kids zones are created.

Reactions like "Are they trying to make a quick buck by selling their arms?"

 

To oneself, a precious child, but,

 

Just a bothersome kid to others.

 

You should take good care of your own children.
