Comedian Shin Bong-sun revealed her secret to losing 11kg.

 

Shin Bong-sun revealed herself wearing a swimsuit on her Instagram on the 11th. In the posted photos, Shin Bong-sun is enjoying swimming and showcasing her slimmer figure.

 

He said, "My weight went from 65.4kg to 53.8kg. I lost as much as 11kg of body fat."

 

Shin Bong-sun has been maintaining her figure through consistent exercise and diet control since she started dieting about two years ago.

 

According to him, the secret to dieting is combining aerobic exercises such as tennis and swimming with a proper diet. In particular, Shin Bong-sun shared her diet workout methods and the carrot rapé recipe she ate throughout three weeks through her YouTube channel, showcasing her efforts.

 

The main components of carrots include beta-carotene, vitamins K and C, potassium, and dietary fiber.

 

Beta-carotene is a precursor to vitamin A, protecting body cells through antioxidant action, while vitamins K and C are essential nutrients for blood clotting, bone health, immune system enhancement, and skin health. Additionally, a deficiency in potassium can raise blood pressure, and carrots are rich in potassium, which can help maintain normal blood pressure.

 

Carrots have a low calorie content of about 30 to 40 kcal per 100 grams. Their high water content provides a feeling of fullness, so eating them before a meal can help reduce food intake, and consuming them during a diet also aids in bowel movements.

 

Shin Bong-sun revealed the following recipe for carrot rapé.

 

Wash about two carrots thoroughly, then thinly slice them into strips. Place the sliced carrots in a large bowl, add 1 tablespoon of salt, and let them marinate. Afterwards, add olive oil, whole grain mustard, honey, and 1.5 tablespoons of lemon juice, then mix well. According to your preference, you can also add a little pepper.
