    갱년기라 이상 반응과 징조가 헷갈리기도 하는데
    저는 혈압이 높아지더라구요 ㅠ(⌍་д་⌌)

      고혈압은 유전적인 요소도 강해요.
      대부분 고혈아-고지혈증-당뇨 순이
      맞는것 같아요
      제가 절차를 밟고 있네요.
      당뇨 자체는 큰 병이 아니지만 합병증이
      무서워요
      사는 날까지는 건강하게 살고 싶어요
