Timeline summary

 

At 2:40 AM, water is splashing on the floor of the underground parking lot on the second basement level, but it's still okay.

 

A man comes down a few minutes later, drives away, and another vehicle leaves shortly after.

 

At 2:54, water started pouring in crazily from the stairs side. Around this time, the wheels of the parked vehicles began to be half submerged.

 

A man in his 50s who died at 3 a.m. boarded the elevator to move his car from the 7th floor. At this time, the underground parking lot was already flooded, and cars were beginning to float.

 

The elevator carrying the man stopped on the basement level 2, the door did not open, the lights went out before 3:07 a.m., and the siren sounded.

 

At 3:11 AM, the vehicle was submerged in water and the video was cut off.

 

 

2. At that time, the man was trapped in the elevator and shouted for help for nearly 10 minutes. The emergency battery on the ceiling of the elevator was present but did not work, and rescue communication or forced opening was not possible.
