Disassembling and cleaning a fan

This is the fan we use at home.

If you look, you can see that the mesh and blades are full of dust.

Using this every day is not good for your health either.

First, you need to clean before applying 'this'.

Disconnect the power and disassemble the fan before cleaning.

Please unscrew the screws with a screwdriver and remove the fan guard and blades.

 

Please remove the dust from the fan using a shower head.

That way, you can remove it cleanly without dust flying around.

After washing, use a towel to completely remove the moisture.

If moisture remains, the machine may break down later.

 

If moisture still remains, place it in a cool place to dry completely.

Applying conditioner

Now, prepare a cloth and squeeze out some conditioner.

You can prevent dust by wiping the fan with hair conditioner.

 

First, please apply a rinse coating intensively to the fan blades and mesh where dust easily adheres.

If you rub it several times with a soft cloth, it will become a rinse coating.

Rinse prevents static electricity from building up.

So you can see that less dust sticks than before.

It is recommended to rinse and coat not only the blade and mesh but also the surrounding areas.

 

Before assembly, there is a lot of dust around the motor, so it is a good idea to remove it using a cotton swab or similar tool.

Once the rinse coating is complete, please assemble the fan in reverse order.
