Eating zero ice cream and having diarrhea all day... What's the problem?

Eating zero ice cream and having diarrhea all day... What's the problem?

1. Consuming zero-calorie ice cream caused diarrhea and abdominal pain issues

2. Allulose in zero-calorie ice cream is the cause

3. Currently, Zero Ice Cream only includes 'Jaws Bar Zero' and 'Screw Bar Zero'.

4. Each of the two products contains 18g of allulose.

Recommended intake of up to 0.4g of allulose per 1kg of body weight

Consuming two or more zero ice creams after a meal for a 6.60kg adult can lead to an intake of 36g of allulose, which may cause gastrointestinal issues.

7. Due to symptoms such as abdominal bloating and diarrhea caused by overgrowth of intestinal microorganisms from allulose, it is better for people who do not tolerate it not to consume it.
