적게 먹어야 다이어트가 되는데.. 항상 디저트를 과하게 먹는다는..
(Health) 2. Eat a little and exercise like crazy? Still the same weight?? Why is that?
1. Eat a little and exercise to death? Still the same weight?? Why is that?
2. Are you saying that even after doing that, your weight hasn't budged at all?
3. No way?
There will be some kind of trap that you do not know well.
The important points here are two.
Are you really eating just a little? Are you really starving yourself? Did you exercise?
Most overweight and obese individuals say that they "eat a little."
8. It is purely subjective and based on my own speculation.
9. Most of these individuals tend to consume more than the required amount.
10. Fatty foods and high-fat products, which are considered major causes of overweight and obesity, must be reduced without hesitation.
11. If you keep pulling at your mouth and eating everything, your body fat will gradually increase, and conversely, it will start to erode your health.
12. If you enjoy foods high in sugar (bread, snacks, processed foods, street food, alcohol snacks, sweet drinks, etc.), your weight will remain the same even if you reduce your food intake.
If excess sugar (carbohydrates) is consumed beyond what is needed, the remaining sugar is converted into fat and mainly accumulates in my body around the abdomen.
14. The safest area to store fat is the one with the least movement, which is the abdomen.
15. When your waist circumference increases, oh! I realize that I am eating more than necessary! I must immediately practice eating less and avoiding sweets.
It may seem okay because it's just a little, but remember that even a small amount of food, like a drop of rain soaking through clothes, turns into fat once it passes through your mouth, sticking to your stomach and increasing your waistline.
Not eating processed foods containing sugar and liquid fructose is the wisdom to protect my body and my health.
18. If possible, consuming natural foods and drinking clean water are the most important.
19. Let's block the path to diabetes, fatty liver, and metabolic syndrome.
20. As the statistics show that over 30% (in fact, it may be more) of our country's population is overweight or obese, the result of eating excessively and not moving enough is that my health has deteriorated.
I think there are no problems because there are no subjective symptoms for a while.
Generally, when weight gain begins (i.e., consuming excessive carbohydrates and sugars), most people start to show symptoms of diabetes, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia after about 20 to 25 years, leading to frequent visits to the hospital.
23. Sugar, corn syrup, and other ingredients that are habitually added during cooking to enhance flavor should also be reduced. (Especially those TV mukbang show participants who automatically add sugar first.) In fact, it is best not to add them at all, as you can then truly taste the natural flavors of the ingredients.
24. If it doesn't taste good, what flavor would you enjoy and savor? You might say that, but if it's that bad, then my tongue and my body are already soaked in sugar, and I should focus all my energy on removing the layers of sugar accumulated inside me.
Just as a long journey begins with a single step, even small and seemingly insignificant things, minor and minimal, can quickly damage my body and health. Therefore, I should protect and love my body myself.
