Do you know what the early symptoms of pregnancy are?

I am very concerned about early pregnancy symptoms, so I decided to write this. If anyone has had a similar experience, I would like to hear your advice.

Recently, I have been feeling differently than usual and am wondering if it might be early pregnancy symptoms. The symptoms I am experiencing are as follows.

Fatigue: I feel much more tired than before. Even after sleeping a lot, the fatigue doesn't go away.

Stomach nausea: I feel a queasy sensation in my stomach when I wake up in the morning, and I also seem to have trouble digesting after meals.

Breast pain: The chest becomes sensitive and painful. It feels similar to premenstrual symptoms, but seems more severe.

Frequent urination: I feel uncomfortable because I have to go to the bathroom often.

Minor bleeding: I am sometimes surprised by slight bleeding that is different from my period.

Could these symptoms possibly be early signs of pregnancy?
I haven't checked at the hospital yet, but,
I am so worried that I want to hear your experiences and advice.
