Galaxy text force close crash issue,

 

Recently, I have faced a major problem while using my Galaxy smartphone.

The message app keeps crashing on Galaxy Messages repeatedly.

A collision is occurring.

I'm really uncomfortable and annoyed, so I'm leaving this message.

At first, I thought it was nothing special, but...

Since a certain moment, whenever I open the messaging app, Galaxy Messages crashes immediately.

The stopping phenomenon is repeating.

 

I can't even check important messages or send replies, so it's very frustrating.

Is there anyone experiencing a problem similar to mine?

The following are the methods I tried to force close Galaxy messages:

1. Delete app cache and data: I tried deleting the cache and data of the messaging app in the settings. It seemed to be okay for a moment, but shortly after, the problem occurred again.
2. Soft reset: I also tried restarting my smartphone, but it didn't work.
3. App update: I checked if the messaging app is the latest version, and even after updating to the latest version, the problem still hasn't been resolved.
4. System update: Checked if the operating system is the latest version and updated it to the latest version. However, there were no significant changes.

Is there another way to solve this problem?

I don't want to do a factory reset yet.

If there is another way, I would like to try it first.

 

Additionally, whether a specific setting could be causing the problem,

I am also curious if this is a conflict with other apps.
