Did residents of Gyeonggi Province receive this message?? I saw the news.
There is a suspicion of a North Korean leaflet (flyer) and an unidentified object, so I felt a bit uneasy.
I found out that yesterday afternoon, balloon debris was discovered at a restaurant near Soyo Mountain Station in Dongducheon City.
There was also a bag containing an object believed to be fertilizer hanging from the balloon debris.
It is said that more than 90 have now been discovered.

North Korea announced on the 26th that it would respond to the distribution of leaflets by South Korean anti-North organizations.
It was threatened that countless tissue papers and trash would soon be scattered across the Korean border area and the central region.
Could this be the cause??
North Korea also has a history of sending things in this manner in 2016...
Once again, I truly realized that our country is a ceasefire state. ㅠ

뉴스에서 봤어요. 북한은 왜 저딴걸 보내는건지 .. 근데 저 영문은 공습경보인데 영문이라 뜻 몰라서도 불안, 뜻 아는분들은 알아서 더 불안 문자부터 덜컥 보내서 불안 증폭하는 일이 1년만에 또 일어나네요

연전에 탈북단체에서 먼저 전단지와 쓰레기 더미 보냈고 그에 대응하겠다고 북한이 공표했죠. 심지어 헌법재판소에서 전단지 배포가 합헌이라고 손들어줬으니 북한을 비난할 일은 아닌 것 같습니다.
