It was announced that a man in his 30s, Mr. ㄱ, was arrested the previous day.
On that day, the police applied for an arrest warrant for Mr. ㄱ on charges of violating the Cultural Heritage Protection Act, the Copyright Act, the Information and Communications Network Act, and violations related to the protection of children and adolescents.
Mr. Im A-moo, who vandalized the walls of Gyeongbokgung Palace with spray paint, contacted an unknown person after seeing a message offering 30 million won. In the future, graffiti like damage to the cultural festival or scribbles on Gyeongbokgung Palace should not happen.
