The dog that appeared fine after the perpetrator left is now hiding in the corner.

Exhibiting severe symptoms of anxiety such as intense coughing and wheezing.

It was strange, so I checked the CCTV just in case.

I found a video late where someone was roughly choking my dog, whom I raised, for nearly 20 seconds.

The perpetrator is a church pastor, and after visiting a hair salon for the first time, he behaved inappropriately toward someone else's dog, then without even apologizing, he continues to act as if he did nothing wrong with blatant arrogance.

Please help ensure that a person who posts worship videos on YouTube claiming to be a pastor, secretly abusing a dog behind the scenes, and then looking around nervously as if searching for CCTV, does not go on living as if nothing is wrong.
