Is the administrative name of Gyeonggi Province, released yesterday, true?

The administrative name of Gyeonggi North Province has been revealed.

But is this the correct name...?

 

 

It is called the Peace Nuri Special Self-Governing Province under the administrative name of Gyeonggi Northern Province.

Gyeonggi-do is divided into Gyeongnam-do and Gyeongbuk-do.

 

 

But what kind of name is Peace Nuri...?
