It has been confirmed that the conflict between Hive and its subsidiary ADOR, led by CEO Min Hee-jin, originated from stock options.
Hive granted stock options to Min, the CEO, when Adobe was established.
Mr. Min's side argued that the stock options are too few and the tax rate is high, making the actual benefit insignificant.
In response, Hive made a concession by selling shares at a low price instead of granting stock options.
Nevertheless, industry insiders explain that the conflict has not been resolved.
