Does anyone know about the hospital visit review points?

I wrote a review of over 300 characters and was supposed to receive 1000 points, but it hasn't been paid out for a week now lol...

They said that after reviewing my post, it would be displayed in the hospital review, but my review is already on the hospital review page. Is it because they only reviewed the review and did not award points?

I sent an inquiry to the management but there was no response.
