Today, I ordered delivery from a cafe (2 waffles, tteokbokki, squid chips, blueberry smoothie).

They told me not to make up stories and that it was defamation, and to report it to the police. Anyway, they said they couldn't give a refund and told me I could leave a bad review if I wanted. I told them the product wasn't normal, so please take it back and I request a refund. They replied, "Why should we take it back? You bring it yourself or pay for delivery and take it back, then we'll refund you. Talk to the platform," and hung up.
By the way, I heard you're famous for canceling deliveries? I mention this because I once ordered sushi on May 6th, and it arrived damaged. I tried to have it redelivered, but since it was delayed, I canceled the order. Turns out, the delivery person at that time was the same person who delivered today.
So I asked this person if they had spread rumors that I canceled and ran away without paying, and they said no, they never said that. They mentioned that they are sensitive about things being leaked or spread, so I told them I would deliver more slowly. When the delivery was delayed, the store owner asked about it, and I explained that I would go slowly, but it seems there was a misunderstanding with the owner. I apologize for that. Anyway, after receiving the menu again and checking, I found that the squid chips were missing, so I requested a full cancellation because it was missing and needed to be recalled. The store owner called me and said, "You bastard, I was going to refuse the cancellation, but since it was missing, I canceled everything for you. Don't order from my place again, you filthy woman. You didn't even have 24,000 won, so you canceled and ran off without paying, huh?" Even now, he's probably eating and bragging, saying he's full and making a fuss, then suddenly started insulting me.
I told them to take it away because I didn't eat it, but they said, "I'm not eating anything," and then asked why I was taking it. They said, "You should bring it yourself. If you're upset, come find it yourself." I asked why I should go, and they misunderstood that I was eating and canceling the order, so they told me to take it away. I asked when I ever said I ate it, and they said, "Just now, your stomach was so bloated, didn't you say anything?" I asked, "Did I say that?" and they said, "Maybe you did," mocking me, then kept insulting and shouting, so I hung up. They kept calling, so I blocked their number on the delivery platform.
