Additionally, eggs are rich in amino acids like methionine, which are effective in improving skin tone, flexibility, and the strength of hair and nails.

Bone strengthening = Eggs are rich in vitamin D, which strengthens bones. Vitamin D helps with calcium absorption in the intestines and regulates calcium and phosphorus levels. Therefore, it supports healthy bone growth and promotes bone remodeling.

▶Vitality Boost = Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, and Choline found in egg yolks play a crucial role in converting food into energy that our bodies can use. This is why eating eggs in the morning is known to help increase vitality. Additionally, choline is important for memory and mood, so insufficient intake may cause a foggy feeling in the head. One egg contains about 6% of the daily recommended amount of choline.

▶Improving eye health = Eggs also help improve vision. This is because the yolk contains two carotenoids, lutein and zeaxanthin, which support eye health.
