My experience getting IV fluids after catching the flu - Yongin EM365 Clinic :)

 

Second child (32 months) received Tamiflu infusion after catching the flu - Review after visiting Yongin EM365 Clinic!!

 

 

 

 

Since I went to my parents' house with the kids this time.
I have a persistent fever,ㅠㅠ
Especially since the second child is not feeling well, I thought about getting IV therapy, so I visited Yongin EM365 Clinic.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This time, I received treatment from Dr. Nuri Hwang in Pediatric Department Consultation Room 1.
How grateful I am that there is a doctor nearby who takes care of children's check-ups~~~~
He immediately checked the child's condition and suggested doing a flu test, so I used the kit, and it came back positive.
I received IV fluid therapy ㅠ.ㅠ

 

 

 

 

 

Tamiflu IV is not covered by insurance, but because of its advantage of making you feel better in just one day, I have always received IV treatment whenever I catch the flu.

 

 

This time, it's a child who did not receive the flu vaccination.
I had a high fever, so I decided to rest ㅠㅠ
After receiving Tamiflu infusion, the fever immediately went down, and now I feel much better^^
Usually, pediatric departments don't administer IV fluids to children under 5 years old, but here, they started IV fluids when my second child was 16 months old, so I was grateful.

Yongin EM365 Clinic located in Seocheon, Yongin, is a hospital our family has been frequently visiting since it opened whenever we are sick.

Of course, there is the advantage of being available 365 days a year, and also because of using DokDok.
There is a private IV room, so I used to stop by when I had a severe cold or a sore throat from my second child, as I had a high fever.

 

Once again, the child received a lot of help from quick flu diagnosis and IV fluid prescription. I am always grateful ^^
