Especially, the doctor carefully examined me, which I appreciated. The cost of fat removal injections varies by hospital, but I got a relatively cheaper price. I think it was about 100,000 won per session. I received two sessions in total, and while fat removal is good, they said that improving lifestyle habits is the most important. So, I decided to start exercising little by little from then on. Managing my weight and removing fat made me more confident, and now I feel comfortable meeting people. I wonder why I didn't do this sooner. The number of sessions needed depends on the individual’s condition. Those with more severe fat accumulation may need more sessions, while those with less may need fewer. It's easy to gain fat, but losing it is much harder. So, for those considering fat removal like me, it might be better not to just hesitate but to seriously look into clinics. I recommend the procedure.
