ㅎㅎ 저도 날씬한 팔뚝살 갖고 싶네요. 혈당관리하면서 본의 아니게 다이어트까지 되어서 팔뚝살이 덜렁되어서 민망한데 이기회에 해볼까 하고 고민에 빠졌네요.
