15th review recommendation, Gangnam Mimi Clinic 10-day detox.....

 

I have been gaining weight steadily, though not excessively, up until now.

So, since about two years ago, I started walking about 10,000 steps every morning. In the initial few months, I lost about 5 to 6 kilograms, but after that, it has remained steady. No matter how consistently I continue, it stays the same.

The doctor said I have improved during the health check-up, but I am still overweight.

Then, I saw a detox review of Mimi Mimi Clinic in Gangnam-gu.

If it's a Korean medicine clinic, it would be acupuncture and herbal medicine, so if it's possible to lose weight (6 kilograms in one month??) with that, I might give it a try. Considering my physical condition, I walk regularly, so regardless of my current state, reducing my intake shouldn't lead to a yo-yo effect or weight rebound.

I saw the review and plan to take this vacation to try it with some assistance.

Is my way of thinking wrong?
