I don't know what's wrong or why it's not working effectively.

It's been almost four months since I completely stopped exercising and lived almost passively, but I realized the seriousness of the situation and have been doing Pilates for two months now. I've been making sure to walk about ten thousand steps a day (not walking vigorously... my knees aren't in good condition, so I walk casually...).

I haven't completely quit drinking, but these days I don't drink much, and I don't meet up with friends often because I tend to binge eat when I do, so I haven't been binge eating or drinking.

I am controlling my diet at home as well, almost excluding high-calorie foods and eating a lot of vegetables like tomatoes, lettuce, and kimchi... Maybe my stomach has shrunk, so I can't eat much food;;

Thanks to the vegetables, my intake hasn't increased, but my bowel movements have increased, and I am monitoring it regularly.

Previously, her bowel movements were so infrequent that she only had them once every 3 to 4 days.

I'm really upset about the InBody results I got after just one month.

I lost about 1 kilogram of weight, and it seems that the entire kilogram was lost as muscle.

The body fat index has increased by only 0.2% in the world;;;;;;; Is the visceral fat getting worse gradually?

Keep lying! Lying!! I can't believe this is happening.

This is the result from this morning~~~ I lost 1.7kg, but body fat increased.. My muscle mass was already low, and it decreased even more;;

I also had a good breakfast and wore jeans, so~ the actual weight is actually 51 kilograms. How many kilograms is the real body weight?

Since my mom doesn't eat meat at home, I used to meet friends for meals to at least eat some meat, but these days I don't dine out much either, so I'm worried about lacking protein and not building muscle, so I even deliberately bought and am taking this protein supplement.

 

I do challenging 50-minute Pilates core muscle exercises and also cycle for 30 minutes each.

I'm not doing it diligently at home, but I'm doing a little stretching...

Of course, I know my exercise routine is lacking~~ I should be doing it more diligently, but to make excuses, since I have a severe herniated disc, I worry about injuring myself if I stretch alone at home, so exercising isn't easy either.

 

I'm always tired and exhausted even without doing anything special, so I can't move much outside of working hours and commuting. After menopause, I really wonder why I feel so tired and sleepy;;;

I end up lying down almost like a corpse on weekends.. If I make up my mind and go out even for a day, I feel so exhausted the next day that I find it really hard to move, to the point of feeling physically painful.

I can't even take a 50-minute Pilates class properly because of knee pain, neck pain, and back pain, so I can't push myself hard during the class...

If the pain becomes severe while doing it, try lowering the level slightly by switching to a different movement...

 

Recently, I suddenly developed a severe headache again because something else went wrong, and the headache hasn't gone away until now...

At this point, it's not so much about dieting or building muscle... I think what's more important is getting a medical check-up and starting proper treatment...

 

What is wrong with my body?

As a result, the more weight you carry, the more severe the pain from disc and knee issues due to the load, so you can't avoid dieting. However, even with some weight loss through exercise and diet control, muscle mass decreases and body fat increases, which really dampens my motivation.

 

What kind of diet should I follow to reduce body fat and increase muscle mass~ and escape from this exhausting painful sensation?

 

Someone told me.

I really don't know why I gain weight... but it turns out there's a reason why everyone gains weight...

They eat even more where they can't see and hardly move at all...

 

I also know the two most important causes of my weight gain that I haven't been able to fix...

I don't know if it's because I'm tired, but I sleep so much... I sleep so deeply that I could be called Snorlax.

It's a weekday, so I have to work, and I can't take a nap, but it's the average amount of sleep...

I really sleep a lot on weekends... Even if I nap during the day, I get sleepy as soon as night comes and can't hold out.

People who can't sleep might envy even that, but I keep feeling sleepy, so I'm very tired and exhausted...

If I try to stay awake without sleeping, I become so tired that it's hard to work on weekdays.

 

And lately, I've been craving really salty foods... I'm trying not to eat salty foods, but my body seems to be craving sodium too much...

I've been craving kimchi more and more since the beginning of this year.

I try not to eat, but I think I eat a bit more salty than others...

As a result, swelling in my body continues to persist.

 

Even if daily life becomes a bit more tiring, can reducing sleep and moving more somehow build stamina, which in turn reduces sleep and allows for better exercise?

Enduring that difficult time will surely lead to better results, right?

 

I'm really feeling extremely down...;;

Everyone is working hard to stay healthy and maintain a slim figure...

Since I have a different body, I have no choice but to work several times harder than others just to become somewhat similar to them...

It's really hard on my heart.

    식사량을 너무 줄이시면 기초대사량도
    따라서 줄어들어서 이게 악순환이 된다네요ㅠ
    기초대사량이 줄면 살이 찌기 쉬운 체질로
    바뀐다고 합니다 칼로리 계산보다는 양질의
    음식을 섭취하시는 게 좋다네요

      아 나름 식단 골고루 한식위주로 먹고 있는데 말이죠;;;
      엄마가 연세가 있으셔서 아침은 칼같이 한식으로 챙겨먹고 있거든요...

    식단 체크 다시 해보세요. 특히 6시 이후 식사는 살이찌고 나이가 있을수록 더더욱 운동해도 잘 안빠져요. 저녁 식사 특히 체크해보시면 좋을거 같아요. 탄수화물보다는 단백질을 위주로 드시고 하나트륨은 필요하지만 너무 많이 드신다면 줄이셔야 할거 같아요.

      단백질 위주로 식사하셔야 해요. 단백질은 나이가 먹을수록 엄청난 속도로 빠져나가서 단백질 위주로 드셔야하고 유산소도 하면서 근력운동 비중을 많이 늘려서 하시는게 좋을거예요

      아... 저녁 안먹는거.. 요건 몰랐어요.. 살 빼려고 저녁은 웬간하면 잘 안먹었는데;;;;;;;
      먹고 운동을 해야 하는거군요.. 하다못해 굶지 말고 닭가슴살이라도 챙겨먹어야겠어요.

      저는 필라테스 개인레슨 두달 받았는데 거긴 그냥 운동은 하고 따로 식단 이런건 안해주시는데 헬스 PT로 갈아타볼까 고민중이예요.

      소금 안치고 구워먹으니 싱거워서 매운 고추 장아찌 조~금씩 곁들여서 먹었;;; 짠것도 더 줄여야 하는데 말이죠 ㅋ

      그런가봐요.. 식단 조절을 한답시고 너무 적게 먹어서 근육이 빠졌나봐요~~ 조금 더 잘 챙겨먹으면서 운동량을 더 늘려봐야겠어요. 그래도 내 몸인데 포기할 순 없으니깐요~ ^^;

    몸무게가 늘어야 근육량이 늘고, 
    그리고 근육량이 늘고 난 후에야 체지방이 줄어든다고해요..
    우리나라 여자들이 몸무게에만 너무 신경을 써서,
    근육량을 높일 수 없는 몸무게인데도, 몸무게 빠지는데만 신경쓰니,
    체지방만 높은 마른 비만이 많다고 하네요..
    몸무게에 너무 연연하지 마시고, 일단은 근육량을 늘리기 위해 몸무게를 늘리면서 근력 운동을 하시고,
    그 후에 체지방을 줄이는 형태로 가보세요..
    저도 PT 받는 회사 동생이 알려주더라고요. 몸무게가 늘어나야 근육을 늘리는데 다들 살찐다고만 생각해서 몸무게를 안늘리니 절대 변화가 없다고요...
    저와 비슷한 체격이신데, 저야 아프면서 몸무게가 빠지기도 했지만...
    솔직히 몸무게가 많이 나가는 편은 아니시거든요... 일단은 근육량을 늘리는걸 목표로!
    그 후에 체지방을 줄이면서 인바디를 균형있게 맞추는게 좋을 것 같아요.

    그런데... 운동을 열심히 하더니... 많이 개선된 상황이예요.
