데스크 직원들이 유독 불친절한 병원이 많은거 같아요. 병원 측에서도 좀 개선의 여지가 필요할거 같아요. 데스크 직원들은 병원 이미지에 큰 영향을 주는데 조금만 친절해도 좋을텐데요. 아픈 상황에서는 더 기분 나쁠거 같아요ㅠ

I caught a cold, but it wasn't getting better easily. There is a clinic nearby that is open until midnight, so I visited. However, the staff at the reception were a bit unfriendly. Their responses were stiff, and they answered questions with a slight tone of annoyance and indifference. I observed quietly while waiting, and it was the same with other patients as well. It's not a big deal, but it wasn't very pleasant to be in that situation while feeling unwell. The doctor, at least, was not like that. I think the reception staff should improve their attitude towards patients.
