Hana ENT Clinic located in Jamsil is well-managed by the director. Therefore, there are always many patients, and lately, especially during the change of seasons, the number has increased even more. I was feeling unwell and extremely tired, and when I asked at the desk about when I could be seen, I was told that I just had to wait because they couldn't tell me when my turn would come, which made me feel bad. Due to the large number of patients, I especially felt that the service was somewhat mechanical that day. Since there were many people waiting behind, I couldn't properly ask what I wanted to ask during the consultation, which was disappointing.
