Jamsil Duri ENT Clinic's honest review of cold treatment

I visited Jamsil Duri ENT Clinic due to a cold. After receiving treatment and medication, my cold improved, but there were some disappointing points. The medical consultation process and results were fine. However, I felt that there was a lack of service-mindedness in the reception and consultation procedures. In short, I sensed a lack of politeness and consideration towards patients. Both the doctor and the nurses were all expressionless, and their behavior and attitude were purely administrative. I even saw some expressions of annoyance occasionally. I believe that hospitals should not only focus on simple medical treatment but also pay attention to services that ensure patients' psychological stability and improve their mood. I thought improvements might be needed in these areas.
