A neighborhood hospital, truly an ENT clinic, a very popular hospital with a lot of patients

As mentioned in the title, there are a lot of patients.

From young children to adults, Saturday clinics really make you wait for several hours.

It is a hospital well-known in the neighborhood, so people tend to go there for everything from minor colds to bronchial diseases.

My family also received a diagnosis at this hospital and had surgery at a university hospital.

The doctor seems to provide good medical care.

However, I found the doctor to be a bit unfriendly.

Should I say it's just a little cough... or that they don't listen to the patient's words...

Did you poke your ear when you had an ear infection? No. If you don't poke it, it won't get better like this... something like that??
It's not quite rude in a vulgar sense, but I didn't really like how unfriendly they were.
