First of all, to give you the conclusion, I do not view the treatment strangely or anything like that.

It's not unfriendly at all. The facilities are also good.

However, I also believe that hospitals are private businesses and should be considered part of the service industry.

I remember paying for a package of manual therapy treatments.

Do I feel like I'm running a business or something? I got a pretty strong impression of that.

I might have been overly sensitive, but at least in a hospital, trust is fundamental. While the medical care is good, I tend not to visit again unless it's an urgent matter.
