Back Pain Relief: Acupuncture and Laser Treatment Reviews at Jungang Oriental Medical Clinic

Recently, I visited Jungang Oriental Medical Clinic for acupuncture treatment due to severe back pain. The needle insertion process wasn't particularly stressful, and afterward, they performed a red laser treatment, which left my lower back feeling warm and relaxed. Immediately afterward, I felt a slight heaviness, but it wasn't uncomfortable. From the next day on, I noticed a gradual decrease in pain with movement. Following the instructions, I did some gentle stretching without overdoing it, which helped even more. About three days after the treatment, the stiffness in my lower back was almost completely gone, and I felt much more comfortable bending over and walking in my daily life. I felt the effects so quickly that I'm glad I visited.
