About a month ago, after a series of days of poor sleep, I developed pain in my hands and neck. Perhaps due to my poor posture, I woke up with a stiff and sore feeling every morning. Eventually, I visited Jungang Hospital for treatment. The doctor explained that I had accumulated a lot of muscle tension and recommended physical therapy. During the treatment, I felt the stiffness gradually loosen through the combination of heat therapy and massage stimulation. After the treatment, the tension eased, allowing me to move much more comfortably. I also followed the instructions to consistently stretch at home. After a few days, the pain significantly decreased, and I recovered to the point where I barely felt any discomfort in my daily life. This experience reaffirmed the importance of sleep and posture management.
