갑자기 이런 증상이 생기면 넘 두렵고 무서울 것 같아요 평소에 건강관리 잘 해야 겠어요 정보 감사합니다
This is a review of visiting the hospital after experiencing symptoms of angina.
Recently, I have experienced chest pain during light exercise or stressful situations, and I suddenly feel short of breath.
I was just going to overlook it, but since I have a family history, I became worried.
So, I want to share my experience of visiting the hospital, undergoing tests related to angina, and receiving treatment.
Angina pectoris is a condition caused by the narrowing of the coronary arteries, which supply blood to the heart, due to atherosclerosis.
If more than 70% of the arterial vessel area inside the coronary artery narrows, angina symptoms may occur.
There are many cases where angina and myocardial infarction are confused.
Myocardial infarction occurs when the coronary artery is completely blocked, unlike the difference.
Angina occurs when symptoms appear in situations where the blood flow is maintained to some extent, but the oxygen demand of the heart muscle increases relatively, such as during exercise.
The most common pain associated with angina is chest pain.
There is no pain at rest, but it often occurs when the heart muscle requires a large amount of oxygen.
Pain can occur when exercising, lifting heavy objects, being exposed to cold weather, or when excited.
There are several tests used to diagnose angina.
There are basic tests such as chest X-ray, electrocardiogram, echocardiogram, nuclear medicine imaging, and cardiac stress tests.
Angina can be treated with medication if the symptoms are mild, but if it progresses to a certain extent, treatment such as coronary artery intervention or surgery is necessary.
I had a chest X-ray and an electrocardiogram since my symptoms were mild.
Fortunately, there were no major issues, but since there is a family history, I was diagnosed with the need to prevent angina through lifestyle habits.
Angina is caused by factors such as high blood pressure, smoking, diabetes, and obesity, so it is important to undergo regular check-ups and prevent it through healthy habits.
Quitting smoking is essential, and reducing the intake of animal fats is necessary for cholesterol management.
Additionally, it is very important to reduce weight through appropriate exercise and food intake, as well as to relieve stress through regular exercise and rest.
Aerobic exercises such as walking, jogging, hiking, swimming, and training are recommended for preventing and managing angina.
It is recommended to start exercise with a light intensity, gradually increase the intensity during the workout, and then gradually decrease the intensity.
Usually, 20-30 minutes per session, 3-4 times a week consistently, is considered important.
I must develop the habit of exercising regularly.
