A review of treating arrhythmia symptoms that recurred by taking supplements and changing eating habits
Last year, I experienced arrhythmia symptoms for the first time while living there. Sometimes my heart would beat irregularly and forcefully, causing my whole body to tense up. When I went to the hospital, I was told it was arrhythmia, so since then I have changed my eating habits and taken supplements, and the symptoms have almost disappeared.
First, regarding eating habits, overeating or eating late at night puts a burden on the heart and can cause arrhythmia, so I stopped eating after 7 PM. Overall, I reduced my portion sizes and ate smaller meals. Second, since a high salt intake can trigger arrhythmia, I maintained a diet that minimizes sodium intake. I cooked all my meals with a bland taste for several months. I avoided eating out as much as possible and packed my own lunch. Third, foods high in animal fats and cholesterol are not good for arrhythmia, so I mainly used plant-based oils like sesame oil and perilla oil. I avoided foods containing cholesterol such as eggs and shrimp. Of course, I increased my intake of fresh vegetables, fruits, and whole grains.
In addition to managing my eating habits, I also took supplements that help with arrhythmia to maintain my health. After researching, I found that blood pressure is often related to arrhythmia, so I took GNM CoQ10 11, a supplement that helps lower blood pressure. GNM CoQ10 is an effective supplement for reducing blood pressure and also contains ingredients that support antioxidants, immunity, and vitality.
And since smooth blood flow is said to help alleviate arrhythmia symptoms, I took a nutritional supplement called Nakinase from Chong Kun Dang that is good for blood circulation health. Nattokinase is a protein enzyme found in traditional Japanese food natto or fermented soybeans. It helps improve blood flow, lower blood pressure, and promote vascular health. Naturally, it also helps alleviate arrhythmia symptoms.
By reducing my work hours for about six months, lowering stress, improving my eating habits, and taking supplements, the frequency of arrhythmia symptoms gradually decreased. After six months, symptoms like sudden rapid heartbeat almost disappeared. Fortunately, my arrhythmia was in the early mild stage rather than severe, so I was able to receive treatment quickly. I plan to continue maintaining my health diligently to prevent the recurrence of arrhythmia in the future.
