[Concern] Lowering high blood pressure with natural methods instead of medication?

These days, there are many people around with high blood pressure.

I have quite a few family members, relatives, and acquaintances.

Most people rely on medication to manage hypertension.

I searched around about high blood pressure and found that there are some natural methods as well.

First, it says to consume food with a healthy diet.

And they said to exercise regularly and also do high-intensity workouts.

And there are many good things, such as needing to get a good night's sleep.

But honestly, all good words, but if it were easy to follow everything, there wouldn't be so many cases of high blood pressure!

Actually stopping hypertension medication through natural methods,

I wonder if many people have returned to normal blood pressure.
