To prevent myocardial infarction, I maintain good lifestyle habits and take nutritional supplements.
Because I have a genetic history of heart disease in my family, I've always been concerned about my heart health, especially myocardial infarction, whether I realize it or not. As I've gotten older, I've realized I need to start taking better care of myself, so I've been researching various ways to prevent heart attack. I'm also working to prevent it by maintaining lifestyle habits that are effective in preventing heart attack and taking nutritional supplements.
Myocardial infarction is a disease in which the heart muscle is damaged due to a blockage in the coronary artery, such as a blood clot or arteriosclerosis. Major risk factors include high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, smoking, obesity, and family history. Therefore, managing these risk factors, which can contribute to myocardial infarction, is crucial for preventing it.
A closer look at the risk factors for myocardial infarction reveals that, aside from family history and smoking, many are linked to obesity. So, I realized that maintaining a healthy weight while exercising regularly is crucial for preventing myocardial infarction. So, I started incorporating exercise into my daily routine. I alternate between running and brisk walking for at least an hour and a half a day, engaging in aerobic exercise.
Smoking is one of the risk factors for myocardial infarction. I've been a smoker for quite some time, but I boldly quit to prevent myocardial infarction. After quitting and engaging in daily aerobic exercise for about three months, I've noticed some weight loss, improved blood circulation, and other improvements in my health.
And to prevent myocardial infarction, I recently started taking supplements. I'm currently taking omega-3 and coenzyme Q10. I started taking them after seeing a research report showing that omega-3 reduces blood lipids and improves blood circulation, reducing the risk of myocardial infarction by 8%.
I'm taking coenzyme Q10 because it's said to help heart health by helping generate energy for the heart muscles.
These days, I'm exercising, quitting smoking, and taking nutritional supplements to prevent myocardial infarction. The very fact that I'm doing something to prevent it gives me peace of mind, so I plan to continue this lifestyle.
