A review of preventing myocardial infarction by improving eating and lifestyle habits.
A few years ago, after working without sleep, I felt pain near my heart and chest tightness, so I went to the hospital. The doctor told me it was a precursor to a heart attack, so I changed my lifestyle and worked hard. After much effort, the precursor symptoms have disappeared, my health has returned, and I continue to take preventative measures.
First, I completely changed my eating habits to prevent myocardial infarction. Excessive salt consumption can strain the heart, so I cooked without it. I ate plenty of fresh vegetables, fruits, blueberries, and carrots, and planned a diet rich in fiber. I also frequently consumed foods rich in unsaturated fatty acids, like nuts and mackerel, which are known to help prevent myocardial infarction and have a positive impact on heart health. Onions and garlic, known to promote blood circulation and thus be effective in preventing myocardial infarction, were also frequently added to my cooking.
Second, I also took supplements that helped prevent myocardial infarction. I consistently took omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin D. Omega-3 fatty acids, which are found in fish and seaweed, are also effective in preventing myocardial infarction. Vitamin D is also beneficial, and since I felt like I wasn't getting enough outdoor activity, I made sure to take it. I consistently took Dr. Phyto Plant-Based Alti-G Omega-3 and Chong Kun Dang Vitamin D 2000 IU Plus, and I believe they helped prevent myocardial infarction.
Third, to prevent myocardial infarction, I tried to avoid mental stress. Stress would immediately cause heart pain and breathing difficulties, so I tried to calm my mind by changing my lifestyle, including hiking.
