Healthy food recommendations

I recommend mixing nuts into breakfast healthy foods like Cornflakes or Granola.

Confiture is rich in dietary fiber, making it effective for dieting and relieving constipation. Additionally, mixing it with nuts provides a feeling of fullness, making it a good substitute for a meal.

I usually mix it with milk to drink, but it's even better to mix it with black soybean soy milk for a healthier option.

If you include meal replacement or mixed grain powder there, you won't even realize you're hungry.
